This may take you to your years at school gym doing  one of the best exercises: Jumping jacks! However this one has a big twist! what if I told you that you can use jumping jacks with weights to  get a phenomenal cardiovascular workout but also get incredible strength training benefits? From a standing position and holding a pair of 10 lbs dumbbells with both arms straight at both sides of your hips simultaneously jump sideways opening your legs finishing slightly bent while you are curling your arms to your shoulders.
