Dear Friends:

Try these 3 simple exercises to lose those extra pounds and increase muscle definition:

-Each Exercise should be done 30 times (15 times each side, except the last one)

-Each circuit consists of three different exercises: do the circuit 5 times

-Rest 15 seconds between circuits

Please consult your doctor before you start any exercise program
