Body Definition made Simple. Triceps Definition: Exercise for a ripped Triceps! Heavy Load Training vs High Repetition Training

Muscle Definition refers to how we can make our muscles more visible and feeling that “nothing else is hanging (fat or skin)

To achieve “Muscle definition” it is clear that you need to concentrate in different aspects”

– Reduce Body fat (especially in that specific area of your body)

-Volume Size (leaner or volume)

Nutrition based in a low calorie, low carb and high protein diet

The Right exercises

Fitness Trainers we are experts in tackling these problem, we know how to identify it and we know how to make you change fast.

First you need to have the right program and the right exercise that will tackle the program.

Heavy Load Training vs High Repetition Training

I am sure you have heard the following question: should  I use heavy or lighter weights?

The question is both. You need to concentrate in High reps training that will increase your matabolic rate, increase your blood circulation and increase your anabolic hormone response all of them critical for a lean muscle.

You need heavy weights because you will need to activate those fast twitch fibers (8-10 reps max)

Men vs Women different styles of training

If you are a women and you are concerned by muscle size and trying to avoid “the bulk” please concentrate in low weight bearing and high repetitions. Then you can gradually increase the weight bearing and always maintain a lean muscle size (30-70%

If you are a men or a women and you are interested in size you may want to concentrate more in heavy training but without forgetting the high repetition training (70-30%)

TRICEPS DEFINITION EXERCISE OF THE  DAY (2 sets of 15 repetitions, 5 lbs weights)
