Exercise of the Week: Are you sure you can do this exercise? Super Body, Super Brain Free Exercise of the Week
Instructions
A.Stand Tall and hold two weights, books or bottle waters B.Raise Right leg and hold it in a bent position
C.Close your eyes and perform a bicep curl (arms move from a straight to a bend position)
Perform 10 bicep curl making sure you don’t put the leg on the floor. After ten times change legs and repeat. This is one set
Do 3 sets

This exercise is:
Good for the Brain: You see with your brain not with your eyes. When you close your eyes, your blocking the main information provider for the brain. The brain needs to visualize, recreate new connections, communicate much harder with your joints through the proprioceptors. Besides you are working balance, coordination essential brain functions.
Good for your body:
When your body is in imbalance, you are training your core, with the eyes closed the core strength gets multiplied by ten. Then your joints will improve balance, elasticity and flexibility. besides you will be working your biceps brachii, pectoralis major and anterior deltoids
