Fitness Quote:

Interval training is one of the most popular ways of exercising. Stand up tall and clap for 40 seconds (normal speed) and for 20 seconds clap as fast as you can. That is interval training. Do 3 sets. Total: 3 minutes (Please make sure you are allowed to exercise)
