Fitness for the Brain and the body:

It is Monday and we need to get back to work! Train your brain, heart and body together with this great multitasking exercise: From a standing position and both feet together, semi-squat (slightly bend your legs) and raise one leg bent perpendicular to the floor at the time you clap overhead, then change legs. 20 Repetitions. Beginners: 1 set, Intermediate 3 sets, Advance: 5 sets  (Please make sure you are allowed to exercise)

Meditation for a calmer mind: Sit down with the back straigth. Take a deep breath. Count from 1 to 10. For every number make a mental note while you are breathing: IN, OUT.  The goal of this exercise is to achieve a sense of midfulness. Practice this exericse for 3 minutes.
