Hi there, this was one of my first exhibitions in Minnesota. This workout video was the initial testing for my upcoming book Super Body, Super Brain (release date January 1st 2011). i do want to sharp my memory
If you want to sharpen your memory try my workout and then do memory, you will see how you will learn much faster….did you know that cardiovascular activity increases blood flow in the hippocampus, area of the brain responsible for memory? thanks for following me
