Sharpen your Mind, Sculpt your body and boost your energy

The program will be based in the following concepts:

-Release of brain chemicals in the brain such as Endorphins and dopamine

-Balance and coordination

-Strength training

-Cardiovascular Activity

From a standing position and holding a pair of dumbbells cross the left leg behind. Then perform with the leg is crossed behind a kick to the side making sure you have a perfect control of your body. The leg kick should be as smooth as possible. The fact that you are holding weights will require strength training. Since this exercise requires balance, requires a huge powerhouse, or core strength

Repetitions: 12, theb change legs. This is one set, do it 3- 5 times

Levels: beginner (3 lbs), Intermediate (5lbs), Advanced (8 lbs), Athlete 15lbs)
