Exercise Circuit

*Please make sure you are allowed to exercise.

Happy 4th of July Circuit

Exercise 1+Exercise 2+Exercise3=1 set. Do 3 sets

3 Levels: Beginner 3lbs, Intermediate 5lbs, Advanced 7lbs

Exercise 1: Football Tapping:

From a standing position and legs slightly bend, move your feet as fast as possible. 15 Seconds

Exercise 2: Plank: 30 seconds (look the picture above)

Exercise 3: Opposite arm and leg raise lying down. 10 repetitions (both arms and legs)
