Friday Plan: Balance+Strength. From a standing position and holding a pair of dumbbells or bottles of water, raise opposite arm and raise leg to the side. This is one rep then change sides. Then follow it by raising same are same leg. This is one rep then change sides. After doing these both exercises, this is one set. Do it 3 times. 3 levels: beginners 3lbs, Intermediate 5lbs, advanced level 7 lbs. Please make sure you are allowed to exercise
