Weekend Plan: Daily Exercise Circuit+Breath Meditation+Healthy Recipe for the Weekend

Hi there SUPER BODY, SUPER BRAIN followers! This is Michael Gonzalez-Wallace and I have a great Weekend program for you:

From a standing position, cross the leg behind and kick to the side: 10 times, then change legs followed by push ups raising one leg to the side (alternate legs in each push up) 10 times,

For the standing exercise: 3 levels: Beginner (3lbs), Intermediate (5lbs), Advanced (10 lbs)

Note: if a full push-up is too strenuous for you, do the the push-up on your knees

This is one circuit, do it three times
