Hi there SUPER BODY, SUPER BRAIN followers! This is Michael Gonzalez-Wallace and I have a great Weekend program for you:
From a standing position and holding 2 10 lbs weights, tap your feet as fast as possible. Count to 20.
Followed it by
From a standing position, raise right leg and lean forward holding the balance till you get your body as horizontal as possible, then hold the position opening your arms. Hold it for 15 seconds. Then change legs. For advanced and athletes, close one eye or both.
This is one circuit, do it three times
