Balance is one of the most essential brain functions and also is one of the most important physical functions via core strength…. Balance is as important as to eat, as to breathe or as to move so it is necessary that you should train balance daily. Make sure that when you finish the movement you are able to stabilize your body completely and hold it for at least 1 second. Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions then change.
Please make sure you are allowed to exercise.
