Latest study in "How to build Muscle" confirms one of the main theories for my upcoming book 'SUPER BODY, SUPER BRAIN"

I am so excited that the latest study in Exercise Science confirms one of the main theories of my Upcoming Book, Super Body, Super Brain.  In the article published in Science Daily “Building Muscle Doesn’t Require Lifting Heavy Weights, Study Shows” researchers and scientists showed how when you train the muscle to the point of muscle fatigue lead to an increase in muscle size.
