Worried about your knees? Great Exercise to protect your knees!

Attention-KNEES- Are you picking up your kids quite often? Do you go grocery shopping and carry your shopping bags for more than 2 minutes? You may put extra pressure on your beautiful knees. Just for your information you may speeding up what is called “Cartilage deterioration”. It is strictly and absolutely necessary that you train your knees to make sure you help the soft tissues and muscles wrapping the knees.

Here is my Knee exercise to help you out. Balance and proprioception exercises reinforce the soft tissues and muscles working together and creating a powerful network around your knees
