I wanted to share this marvellous quote from a Professor Aage Moller, specialist in Sensory systems and Neuroplasticity from the University of Dallas:
“While many people are fascinated with the technological achievements in such areas as computers and communication systems, the efficiency and the complexity of sensory systems far exceeds even the most sophisticated man made systems” click here to see his book
We don’t train enough theses circuits, that is why we age faster in those circuits responsible for movement and sensory pathways. I will show in my Upcoming Book how you can integrate these exciting circuits with challenging strength movements to get to these optimal brain muscle tendon workout. MGW
