I wanted to share this marvellous quote from a Professor Aage Moller, specialist in Sensory systems and Neuroplasticity from the University of Dallas:

We don’t train enough theses circuits, that is why we age faster in those circuits responsible for movement and sensory pathways. I will show in my Upcoming Book how you can integrate these exciting circuits with challenging strength movements to get to these optimal brain muscle tendon workout. MGW
