Congratulations, you made another phenomenal day! Dinner it is a really sensitive time for your brain and your muscles. Your body it is getting ready to rest so it is a good time to prepare your machine for a great evening full of rest and good nutrients. Good rest can be couple stretches, reading a book, talking to lo…ved ones and having some great light food that will guarantee that you will get phenomenal sleep. Avoid carbs, dessert, high sugars, high calories that will make your neural activity spike up and your blood pressure to rise up and put increased pressure on your arteries. The best nutrients, veggies, lean protein, water and a lot of internal peace and a great sense of achievement. Tomorrow it will be another day and much better than Today.
