Strength training is defined traditionally as that exercise program that uses added resistance (hypertrophy, endurance-conditioning) or own’s body weight (Yoga, pilates, plyometrics runnin…g, swimming) to increase strength,. However most of the studies are leaning to those types of exercise program that uses added resistance to own’s body weight.
