We are born to succeed not to fail. The problem is to define that successful goal. Every day we wake up we have the capacity for progressing, advancing and succeeding  in our goals. Starting a physical exercise program offers us a great chance for succeeding. If you feel you are not succeeding, change something and believe that you are born to succeed not to fail.
