Fitness for the brain and the body- Coordination Exercise

Fitness for the Brain and the body:

Coordinated muscle movement. Pick up two bottles of water. If you are an athlete pick 2 10lbs dumbbells, intermediate-5 lbs. From a lying down position raise your opposite arm and leg, then change this is one rep. Do it 15 times.  Result=Cognitive+Physical Workout  (Please make sure you are allowed to exercise)
