How can i get a Super Body, Super Brain?
Very simple. Science is telling us that we can use our brains much more when we exercise. The more we use our brains the better physical but also mental results. Why is that? It is because we have very powerful networks in our brain responsible for Movement. However these networks are not only in the brain, they are in our muscles, tendons, ligaments that are constantly sending signals to the brain, so why not use these networks much better with unique strength training movements and get the best of both worlds? The best of a brain workout but also a physical workout?
