Monday it has to be your detox day: Cut down calories, drink more water, eat more fruits and vegetables and eat more lean protein. Carbs only allowed in the morning. My diet today: Whole Wheat toast with Peanut butter and jelly, 1 aple, 1 turkey wrap and salad, 1 yogurt, Half chicken soup for dinner and 2 pieces of dark chocolate. 6 glasses of water.
