    I am a 69 yr old male, have been doing some of these workouts for several years. Actually, I got started with the first article in the Oprah magazine. When I was completely confused, I was fortunate to be able to talk with Michael and get my “act” together. Then, for some reason, I stopped doing them. However, heard about the book,signed up early at Amazon, and now am starting again.

    Just a few comments…good instructions, and good guiding photos. Personally, too much lead in material on the brain, and the diet info is “old” stuff. Also was mystified by the stretching at the beginning of workout without any warmup!! But…having said all of this, I love his approach, and, for an older man, who has to work hard to keep my flexibility, these exercises are effective.
