Pain in the lower back? Afraid of sciatica? According to the American Chiropractic Association approximately 31 million Americans are afflicted by some type of back pain at any given time. I want to propose a very safe and effective exercise to improve lower back strength and flexibility.
The lower back extension is in my opinion one of the best exercise for strengthening your lower back as well as getting rid of lower back pain, loosening tight back muscles that may be caused by sitting in a chair if you have a job that requires to be sedentary.
