My new Super Body, Super Brain move of the week from Bodysmart magazine is here! This week one of my most challenging moves. Get ready for a full upper and lower body workout. Jumping backwards from a full squat thrust position can add not only core strength but also cardiovascular benefits. Add the push ups and you have it a phenomenal full body workout and lets not forget the brain as well!
From a full squat thrust position with hands down on the floor with shoulder width jump backwards extending your legs completely and maintaining a proper posture alignment. If you feel this movement in the back means you are not strong enough and I will advice to not extend the legs completely click here to see a full description
