Advanced Core Exercise: 1 Leg Bridges with Chest flies
Core exercises can prevent not only low back pain but also improve your physical strength and stamina. Add to this core exercise a chest movement and you will have a phenomenal  advance core exercise that will engage your upper and lower body in a challenging way promoting strength, chest definition, abdominal power and lower body conditioning
