Ever wondered how to tone the back of your arms where fat tends to cumulate with time? The solution is not in expensive machines but your own body weight! I am proposing this exercise to you this week to build triceps of steel and better toned arms without leaving your living room

From a seated position with both legs bent position both your hands 2 inches away from your buttocks and head looking straight up then lift your body weight off the floor while your arms are in a straight position then bend your arms slightly and go back to extend them again for a full repetition. For beginners you can do this exercise without lifting your body weight off the floor.
ย this is one rep do it fifteen times for a full set. Beginners do it three times more advance 5 times
