Fitness for the Brain and the body:

Monday plan: Coordination & Multi-tasking strength training.  Pick up two bottles of water, then form a standing position start tapping (with your feet) at the same time you are raising your arms. It is a phenomenal multi-tasking exercise. Every time you raise your arms is one repetition. DO it 20 times.  This is one set. Do it three times. Please make sure you are allowed to exercise
