2 minute SBSB Workout! 

Exercising is the best use of your time if you want to live longer, be at your best health shape and stop 🛑 the aging clock and why not dealing with the insane stuff is out there in our world 😂
I prepared this routine for you today 

Semi squat plus with shoulder lateral raise (finish raising your heels) 

perform simple 15 repetitions of exercise one- 
Exercise 2 plank- hold 45 seconds if is too easy add 15 seconds more 
Exercise 3 quadruped opposite arm and leg 5 extensions and holding it for 2 seconds
